Our Manchester based team are growing and looking for a 3-5PQE solicitor/associate offering strong experience in advising and representing clients on a variety of general real estate matters, in particular development focused work. The successful candidate can expect exposure to top end work with high levels of responsibility and engagement with clients. In addition, there will be full involvement with business development activities.

An excellent academic record and training with a leading city, national or regional firm is required in addition to excellent communication and organisational skills, and a good sense of humour. The ability to progress work quickly and establish strong relationships with clients and colleagues is essential. This is a great role within a friendly, energetic and supportive team environment.
