The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of IT systems, specifically integration and infrastructure and a track record of process and requirements analysis. Furthermore, experience of business process re-engineering and also Microsoft Integration technologies would be preferred. Sector experience in either Debt Recovery, Financial Services or Law Firms would also be desirable.
Essential experience:

- Use of Microsoft Biztalk.
- Experience of Debt Recovery Process
- Experience in a law firm, professional services firm or other service sector industry
Additional details
- Travel to other Shoosmiths offices may necessary on occasions.
- It is essential that the Technical Business Analyst can work flexible or extended hours to complete some tasks outside of core business hours of 08:00 to 18:00 and at weekends.
You may also have experience in the following: Technical Business Analyst, Business Analyst, Process Improvement Specialist, Junior Business Analyst.
