The successful candidate will have trained with a reputable City, national or regional firm and be eager to make their mark in a friendly, collegiate, collaborative and ambitious team. More specifically, experience of corporate M&A transactions is essential and Private Equity and/or Venture Capital expertise is desired but not required. The role would suit an individual who is comfortable with managing the full life cycle of transactions and will be a skilled relationship manager.
