The team

At Shoosmiths, we have a dedicated team of lawyers guiding clients through the process of recovering the cost and expense of bad professional advice, be it from solicitors, surveyors, IT consultants, accountants, administrators, auditors, financial advisers, insurance brokers, or any other professional our clients have put their faith in.

The role

Our specialist professional negligence disputes team are growing and eager to speak to senior associate and partners with contacts and a suitable following looking for that all important next step in their career. Of interest are individuals with a great track of conducting professional negligence claims against a variety of professionals, clearly evidencing the ability to work in partnership with clients in ensuring they get the results they deserve, whether that be through the litigation process, arbitration or exploring alternative dispute resolution and mediation.
