- Strong telephony skills with both inbound and outbound calls

- You must have a minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above including English and Maths.

Background checks
Due to the nature of the work undertaken, confirmation of employment will be subject to a variety of checks which will be carried out once an offer of employment is accepted.
