Shoosmiths Private Client Conveyancing Team offers a highly professional conveyancing service designed to make the process of buying or selling property as efficient and stress-free for their clients.

Shoosmiths remains the largest firm of conveyancing solicitors accredited under the Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Scheme. The conveyancing service provided by our Private Client Practice maintains the same high standards corporate clients have come to expect of Shoosmiths and is consistently commended in national consumer service awards.

Having hugely successful and friendly teams already established in the Northampton and Southampton offices, and with client demand continuing to grow, the department has recently expanded again into our Manchester office where Lisa Gibbs has joined us as a leading residential conveyancing partner in the Manchester market. As part of a wider office move, the conveyancing team have just relocated to the X,Y,Z building in the heart of the city.

We are keen to hire junior to mid-level conveyancers, offering strong experience in managing the full conveyancing cycle from title checks through to exchange and completion for freehold, leasehold, shared ownership and new-build properties.

Candidates should be familiar with case management systems and demonstrate a track record in strong client service delivery.
