Associate

We currently have roles in our Real Estate department at Associate and Senior Associate level.

The Real Estate Group currently consists of 7 partners and 20 other lawyers. It is regarded as one of the leading real estate practices in the South East outside London, and is recommended by the leading independent legal directories.  There is PSL and paralegal support within the Group.

The Group handles a broad range of real estate work and includes teams dedicated to dispute resolution, construction, planning and environmental.  The main areas of expertise are:

• Development

• Investment

• Corporate occupiers (including retail/office/industrial)

• Banking

Clients include mid tier businesses (whether quoted or owner-managed), household name PLCs and other major international groups, and high net worth private clients.

Associate and Senior Associate solicitors are sought to join an existing team, many of whom have experience with leading City firms. Candidates should have good inter-personal skills, strong academics and high quality experience – typically with a major City or leading national/regional practice. Team playing skills are important – successful candidates can expect to work with a number of partners within the Group, in small and occasionally larger teams, as well as running cases with minimal supervision.
