The role

We are seeking a 0-2 PQE, Competition Associate (non-contentious) qualified in England & Wales and/or an EU-27 country to work in our London team.  Candidates should have prior experience working within a renowned internationally focused competition team, and previous work exposure to financial institutions or tech companies. Prior experience in obtaining merger control approvals before both the European Commission and the UK Competition and Markets Authority is essential.  Strong academics required and additional post-graduate competition/antitrust studies is highly desirable.  Candidates must be fluent in English and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. Additional business proficiency in languages such as French or German would be advantageous.

Our EU/UK competition team represents multinationals and financial institutions in complex cross-border merger control & FDI/national security investigations. They represent clients in behavioural antitrust and regulatory cases, disputes, market studies and sector inquiries.
