The role

To thrive in this role you will:

  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrate great attention to detail.
  • Be a smart, fast, reliable and enthusiastic team player
  • Have excellent organisational skills: be a multi-tasker with the ability to manage assigned tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, Contact Management platform and website CMS platforms.

 

Key responsibilities

As the Senior BD & Marketing Executive, you will:

  • Coordinate and produce RFP responses and pitch materials for clients
  • Create, manage, edit, revise and proof marketing materials
  • Support the firm's client targeting efforts and develop and support cross-sell initiatives
  • Draft and post deal and case announcements, news and thought leadership content to the firm's public website, social media channels and intranet
  • Maintain and distribute marketing materials as needed
  • Coordinate strategic and logistical tasks associated with marketing events
  • Respond to marketing requests for information, logos, pictures, precedent materials, and other items
  • Draft directory submissions and adapt content for use in multiple outlets
