Purpose of job

To provide a highly professional and pro active facilities service and reception cover to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the office.

Accountabilities
  • Book meeting rooms and organise refreshments as required
  • Prepare and clear  meeting rooms
  • Maintain and monitor stationary requirements
  • Post duties cover, including all incoming and outgoing couriers
  • Cover reception from time to time and meet and greet clients, staff and visitors to reception
  • Answer the telephone in a professional and timely manner
  • Scanning/photocopying/binding as required
  • Ensure the office is presented to a high standard at all times particularly the communal and client facing areas
  • Ad-hoc duties as required (i.e. going to get milk and provisions)
  • Ensure the appropriate health and safety procedures are followed such as the fire procedure
  • Assist with general administration tasks

Qualifications/Experience
  • Proven experience of working in a customer facing office environment
  • Ideally have front of house reception experience
  • IT Literate (Microsoft Outlook and Word)
