The department

Our commercial property department is ranked Top ranked Chambers UK 2018 and Top Tier Legal 500 2017.  Providing a service which covers all aspects of the construction and property industry - development and investment, planning, secured lending, landlord and tenant, agricultural and residential.  We have developed a reputation for having one of the best regarded and largest dedicated property teams within any firm outside London, numbering over 70 specialists.

Accountabilities

This opportunity will be working with specific areas of commercial property, including:

Private equity real estate funds on client's commercial real estate portfolios, and in particular the asset management, leasing, acquisition and disposal mandates.

Data Security:

  • Ensure you are aware of and comply with all information security policies of the organisation relevant to your business role;
  • Report any actual or potential security breaches; and
  • Contribute to risk assessment where required.
  • All employees have the authority to act to prevent an information security incident from occurring or escalating, where possible.
The candidate

Idealling seeking a Solicitor or Associate of NQ - 4PQE with training from a well regarded city, regional or national firm with a well developed knowledge in all areas of commercial property.

He/she would be expected to play an active role in marketing and practice development as well as providing a high level of service to existing clients.
