The department

Our vibrant, energetic Employment Team currently comprises over 20 specialist qualified employment law solicitors, including four partners, making us one of the largest employment teams in the East of England.  Ranked Top Tier by Legal 500 2021 and Chambers, awarded 'winners' by Legal 500 for 'HR Team of the Year' (outside London).

Purpose of job

Taking an active role in marketing and practice development as well as providing a high level of service to existing clients.

There is a focus on networking, attending breakfast and evening events where you will be a trusted advisor to colleagues, clients and contacts.

The candidate

Ideally seeking a qualfied Solicitor between 1 - 3 years PQE with employment law experience gained within a well-regarded city, regional or national firm.   The successful candidate will have an excellent knowledge of the law yet be able to think commercially and analytically so as to provide accurate and practical advice to company clients and high net worth individuals which is tailored to their needs. An ability to think clearly under pressure, write concisely and excellent presentation skills are essential.
