Purpose of job

This is an opportunity for huge growth, supporting the Partner in managing the team in the Ipswich office with genuine opportunities for partnership.

Ideally suited to those with expereince in: 

  • advising high net worth individuals and land owners with particular emphasis on Inheritance Tax advice including Business Property Relief and Agricultural Property Relief.

 

Accountabilities
  • Reviewing and managing your team/employee competencies and training needs to enable them to perform their role effectively within the information security space;
  • Ensuring that your team/ employees are aware of the relevance and importance of their activities and how they contribute to the achievement of information security objectives.
  • Partner/Director/Managers have the authority to arrange training and awareness activities for the employees under their direction, within budget constraints and act to prevent an information security incident from occurring or escalating, where possible.
The candidate

 

 

Qualifications/Experience
  • A Senior Associate or Legal Director of 8 years PQE + gained within a strong regional or City firm.
  • Strong academic background.
  • Interest in and aptitude for business development
