The Team

The team provides clients with prompt, practical and technically sound advice covering all the legal and business issues for the effective ownership, development and management of commercial properties.

Our clients include private property companies, entrepreneurs, funds, charities, institutions, banks, international investors and high net worth individuals.

Scope

The main focus of the role will be on acting on development projects for private property companies, entrepreneurs, funds and high net worth individuals. The solicitor will report to a Partner and work within a section of the Commercial Property team.

Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 2.1 degree and experience from a leading firm
  • Interest and enthusiasm in all aspects of Commercial Property
  • Efficient communication skills and the ability to communicate advice to the person receiving it
  • The ability to deal with many matters at any one time
  • The organisation skills to keep files in order and to move transactions to completion effectively

  • Confident in working autonomously/independently and able to ensure that ever-changing deadlines are met and cases move ahead smoothly

  • Ability to assimilate complex facts as well as meticulous and well organised

  • Good IT skills

  • Adaptable and open to change, with a strong sense of responsibility

  • Possesses a proactive and innovative approach to problem solving

  • Enthusiasm and a desire to help develop and grow the practice.
