The Team

Fieldfisher is looking to recruit two Paralegals to work on a project in a substantial piece of high-profile litigation. 

Responsibilities
  • Assisting with witness interview preparation;
  • Assisting with attending witness interviews and drafting witness statements;
  • Assisting with the review, redaction and disclosure of documents; and
  • Assisting the wider Regulatory team with research and case preparation.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Excellent academics, LPC desirable
  • Ability to understand the business situation and be flexible to changing priorities.
  • Experience gained through a paralegal role or a legal internship would be desirable
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders, explain process and escalate issues appropriately in what will sometimes be difficult and sensitive situations. 
  • Excellent attention to detail  without the need for close supervision
  • Ability to work quickly, accurately and under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • IT literacy and specifically Excel skills
