There are continued pressures on ensuring that we maximise the conversion of time worked to cash as quickly and effectively as possible. It is essential therefore that we have a robust and effective revenue and debt management process which is both structured to ensure that there is greater business partnering with partners and fee earners and greater client knowledge build up, as well as being adaptable to the changing pricing and legal purchasing requirements of our clients.
