The Team

Fieldfisher is looking to recruit Paralegal to work on secondment on a document review project in a substantial high-profile inquiry. 

  • Initial review and categorisation of documents on an electronic database in line with a pre-agreed disclosure protocol.
  • Second-line review of potentially relevant documents for further analysis.
  • Assisting with disclosure of documents.
  • Liaising with providers of material re disclosure of documents to the Inquiry
Key Skills & Experience
  • Excellent academics, LPC desirable.
  • an existing Government security clearance would be ideal
  • Ability to understand the business situation and be flexible to changing priorities.
  • Experience gained through a Paralegal role or a legal internship would be desirable.
  • Previous use of Relativity disclosure platform would be advantageous.
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders, explain process and escalate issues appropriately in what will sometimes be difficult and sensitive situations. 
  • Excellent attention to detail  without the need for close supervision.
  • Ability to work quickly, accurately and under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • IT literacy and specifically Excel skills.
