The Team

We are looking for a senior project manager to work in our Central Management team to manage and deliver a number of innovative projects.  You will work alongside our Executive Committee to understand, scope out and deliver projects.

Responsibilities
  • Successfully manage large projects from scoping to delivery
  • Work closely with key stakeholders
  • Proactive in identifying projects
  • Liaise with senior management to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Manage project budgets
  • Arrange meetings and communications to ensure clear understanding, buy in and momentum
  • Track progress against project plans, alerting relevant stakeholders promptly to variances and recommending changes and developing contingency plans where necessary.
  • Management of post implementation reviews and associated recommendation.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven project management experience within professional services or legal
  • Experience of leading and delivering diverse projects and strategic initiatives
  • Prince 2 or similar qualification is an advantage but not essential
  • Analytical and strategic mind set
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Excellent organisational skills
