The Team

The team led by award-winning partner Jill Greenfield, our serious injury team shares her commitment to achieving multi-million pound compensation for people affected in the UK and overseas by terrorism, sexual assault, air and rail disaster, E-coli infection, cycling collisions, product liability and accidents at work. 

We currently represent people injured in the Westminster Bridge, London Bridge and Finsbury Park Mosque terrorist attacks, in alleged sexual assault by Harvey Weinstein, people killed and injured in accidents on the roads and those suffering fatal asbestos cancers.  

Neurotrauma is a particular specialism of the team and we're proud to sit alongside the Wellington Hospital in pursuing ground-breaking treatment for the brain-injured.

Responsibilities
  • Reviewing medical records, preparing medical chronologies and organisation of medical records
  • Liaising with clients and handling matters with appropriate sensitivity
  • Witness interviewing and investigation
  • Attending case conferences with counsel and expert witnesses
  • Writing case reports as well as day-to-day correspondence
  • Document control – maintaining accurate records and files
  • Thorough preparation of documentation/cases to trial
  • Evidence gathering research

 

Key Skills & Experience
  • Strong academics and/or proven relevant medical background
  • Previous experience as a Paralegal/Legal professional in personal injury or medical negligence litigation is essential.
