The Team

The Business Development & Marketing Department is responsible for all aspects of BD and marketing for the firm.  We focus on the twin objectives of Revenue Generation and Reputation Enhancement. As a department, we consider ourselves to be commercially minded, proactive & creative with a sense of humour - qualities which we would appreciate in a candidate.


  • Develop and deliver an international engagement and communications program, aligning it to the firm's culture and priorities  
  • Support and develop leadership communications and reporting.  Help management to deliver regular communications to all staff and partners through different media and mechanisms including Town Halls, emails, podcasts & video 
  • Manage and develop the intranet as a key communications and information hub, writing to engage and inform
  • Develop an international Engagement Champions network to ensure all teams' ideas and inputs are considered
  • Trial and utilise new technology and other efficiency tools where possible
  • Deliver innovative programs at least twice a year

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Journalism, Business or related fields.

Previous substantial exprience in business/corporate communications in a large corporate or professional services organisation
