Senior Bids Executive

The Team

The Marketing & Business Development team has more than 20 members based in London and Europe and works closely with sector and practice groups helping to develop profitable revenue streams through client acquisition & development programmes and to raise the profile of the firm as a thought leader.

The Role

The role is primarily supporting the team in winning new business opportunities for both practice and sector-based legal teams. We want an ambitious individual who is keen to further their career and experience in the professional services bids sector.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of end to end process on transactional bids across the firm.
  • Assist in the delivery of bids for a range of our clients and prospects – tenders, RFPs and informal proposals.
  • Support the Bids Manager in compiling high value bids.
  • Work with Credentials Co-ordinator to provide bespoke credentials documents to BD team.
  • Provide support and ownership on new initiatives.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience working on bids in professional services.
  • Powerful and effective writing and content coordination skills.
  • Senior stakeholder management capability.
  • Strong attention to detail with a pedantic approach to spelling, grammar and punctuation.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Able to multitask, be proactive, prioritise and work to short deadlines.
  • Key attributes include good use of initiative, creativity, inventiveness and a strong work ethic.
