Services include large-scale documentation project delivery, technology-assisted contract preparation and outreach, contract negotiation in cost-effective locations such as Belfast and South Africa, high quality management information and access (where required) to Fieldfisher's specialist legal, regulatory and documentation expertise.

Responsibilities

We are looking to attract a Senior Business Development Manager to grow the business exponentially, the role will involve;

  • Prospecting & origination of new business and clients which includes large, complex companies and institutions

  • Managing the full sales cycle – from target Identification, validation, approach, pursuit to closing

  • Instigating and leading cross selling and collaboration initiatives with existing clients to extend client engagement into and within Condor ALS solutions

  • Managing relationships to ensure service set up and fulifillment meets client expectations and where feasible, providing additional service lines to support the client further

This is an important role in helping the team achieve our ambitious growth targets for the business. 

Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven track record in business development, face to face sales and client relationship management (ideally within a Professional Services or complex sales environment)

  • 10/12 years sales experience comprising (and able to demonstrate) significant sales winning roles including experience/expertise in new business development

  • A proven communicator able to articulate complex solutions to clients from a commercial business and client perspective

  • A self-starter who has the ability to take ownership and drive progress with little day to day management

  • Ability to quickly and effectively develop networks and trusted adviser relationships with internal stakeholders and most crucially with clients and targets

  • Robust and results orientated

  • Ability to work effectively in a demanding and high performance environment

  • Record of working successfully with teams in pursuits.

  • Credibility – Must be able to demonstrate knowledge, network and compatibility and an understanding of complex sales work with multiple stakeholders
