As a general rule, we look for a very strong academic background coupled with good relevant experience. 

In our Commerce and Technology department we have existing strengths in the following: emerging, high growth technology companies; online technology and cloud service providers; international (particularly US) clients; non-tech clients procuring/ licensing.

Fox Williams LLP has an established sector focus and existing profile in the technology sector and we are continuing to develop substantially our profile and practice in this area. Across the firm there is an inter-connected technology practice group.
