We are looking for a Commercial & Technology lawyer with a mix of transactional and advisory experience with 2.5 years PQE plus. In addition we are looking for:

• Preferably with experience of Data work (but does not need to be GDPR expert);

• Preferably with experience in financial services;

• Extended secondments and/or in house experience will be viewed favourably;

• Enthusiastic about the area of law and sectors that they work in;

• Someone who looks to apply their knowledge to our clients in the form of solutions and/or product ideas; and

• Self-starter in terms of reading up on subject matters within their practice areas and sectors.

• excellent legal knowledge;

• good drafting skills;

• experience of cross-border matters; and

• a strong passion for the industry sectors on which we focus and will be able to help develop the platform that Fox Williams provides.
