We are looking for a mid level associate with 2-4 PQE who can demonstrate high quality experience in:
- Drafting, negotiating and advising on employee contracts, employee handbooks and other employee related documentation;
- Advising on dismissals, disciplinary processes, grievances and other employee relations issues;
- Working as part of a team on tribunal and High Court litigation;
- Advising on TUPE and other employee related matters associated with business restructures, sales and purchases;
- Client sector focusses: financial services, professional practices, tech and fintech and fashion.
