Paralegal

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to go on a 6 month secondment to one of our clients located in Marlow. The client is an international organisation operating in the consultancy and technology industry, offering a great range of services. 

Upon completion of the assignment, there may be an opportunity to work in our well established Employment team in Oxford.

• Managing a varied commercial caseload;

• Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements (NDA’s, professional services agreements, partner agreements and software licensing);

• Providing marketing advice;

• Dealing with any data privacy issues;

• Providing legal support to the client’s HR team within an employment capacity.

Candidate profile

Candidates will have excellent academics along with legal qualifications or previous legal experience.  Candidates will also have IT, numeracy, practical and analytical skills, a clear communication style (both spoken and written), good attention to detail, and above all, must be a good team player.
