JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Co-ordinate the delivery of an effective CSR programme that will deliver targets agreed by the CSR Exec Committee as set out in annual CSR plan
- Develop and author an enhanced annual CSR report that provides clear direction on strategy, delivery and performance
- Understand industry standards for evaluation of CSR and establish key performance indicators, ensuring we record, measure and evaluate our CSR programme
- Provide support and guidance to enable us to deliver the CSR agenda with particular focus on sustainability issues and the promotion of our existing pro-bono activities.
- Take responsibility for supporting the development, management and effective implementation of our charity partnership (currently with Alzheimers Research UK) as well as wider community programmes in Oxford, Cardiff and Dublin.
- Co-ordinate CSR week and CSR reporting
- Draft and submit awards submissions for external PR promotion
- Ensure the continued promotion of CSR and sustainability internally through Yammer and on social media.
- Implement and manage the legal apprenticeship programme and other apprenticeship programmes
- As a member of our Diversity Board provide resource to the firm’s diversity initiatives
- Provide support for our work with schools as part of our community outreach in the educational area.
- Develop, update and maintain the firm’s CSR and Diversity website and intranet pages.
