The practice of law is, at heart, all about people: business people, employers and employees, investors, home owners, private individuals, families, vulnerable adults – people. So, it’s no surprise that we place a very high priority on attracting and recruiting, developing, rewarding and retaining the right people – for our clients and our business. We are a community of high-calibre professionals – lawyers and support specialists – who are dedicated to delivering expert, commercially focused advice that helps clients to achieve their goals. We choose to do this is in an approachable, down-to-earth, practical way, offering solutions rather than lectures.

As part of our ongoing commitment to training and development we offer a Newly Qualified Development Programme.  This applies to all newly qualified solicitors during their first three years of qualification and its purpose is to support and help you reach your full potential.

We encourage all our staff to reflect and commit to the firm’s core values; integrity, insight, and sense of community. Each member of our staff has an important role to play in achieving our goals as a firm, our offices have a community feel to them and we are committed to working together as a team to actively encourage other to excel.

We understand the importance of a healthy work life balance and are open to considering variable working arrangements to support our staff with their commitments outside of work – this includes applications from Job Share partners.
