The department

At Morr & Co LLP we work with every kind of client in the commercial property field across London and the South East, from individual property owners and investors to developers, lenders, land owners and affordable homes providers. We also support tenants in their dealings with property owners, so we have complete coverage of the sector and a 360º appreciation of the issues that drive decisions on all sides of the deal.

Responsibilities

To advise and support clients on all Commercial Property matters including Landlord and Tenant, Acquisitions and Sales, Secured Lending, Corporate Support and to be involved in business development.

The ideal candidate will be an NQ ideally with experience in Commercial Property. You should be commercially minded and have the technical and communication skills required to provide the highest level of client service.

You should demonstrate a willingness to engage in business development and will be expected to help market our services in the locality.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • High level of commercial awareness with strong attention to detail and good drafting skills
  • Conscientious, hardworking, with developed critical thinking abilities and excellent communication, organisation and analytical skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and supporting more junior staff members
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines, targets and client protocols while maintaining high standards in terms of accuracy and quality
