Meet the team

Our Infrastructure and Specialist Markets business group comprises of Residential Development, Commercial Property & Development and Building Communities supported by Social Housing, Town Planners, Energy, Education and Infrastructure project specialists. This is an exciting time to join a passionate group of people, responsible for driving this area of the business forward.

The opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Co-ordinator to support our Infrastructure and Specialist Markets business unit.

What you will be doing / or your key duties will be:

  • working alongside the Executive Board
  • coordinating the completion of the ISM balance score cards
  • organising ISM conferences
  • assisting Project Manager and supporting the team leaders in delivering growth
  • Conveyancing Quality Scheme key contact
  • responsibility for co-ordination of firmwide projects
  • Editing and delivering internal communications
  • handling ISO audit and follow up reports
  • attending internal events
  • supervising and mentoring other members of the team

Role requirements:

  • between 1-3 years’ project co-ordinating experience
  • strong IT skills
  • confidence in finding practical and innovative solutions to a range of problems
  • a high degree of analytical skills
  • to be personable and have experience of dealing with a broad range of clients
  • a high degree of initiative and the ability to cope in a demanding environment
  • excellent organisational and prioritising skills
  • the ability to work in a busy team
  • excellent communication skills

We have hubs in Birmingham, Leicester, London, Milton Keynes, Nottingham, Solihull, Stratford-upon-Avon and Sheffield. This role will be a hybrid of working from home and from our Birmingham or Nottingham hubs on an agile basis.
