This role is all about service excellence. We are looking for an enthusiastic people person who wants to do everything superbly well and where nothing is too much trouble. 

Your key duties will be:

  • managing a busy reception, meeting and greeting visitors and clients
  • providing catering to client meeting rooms
  • organising meeting rooms and provisions for refreshments
  • carrying out general administration duties
  • organising couriers on request
  • ensuring stock is maintained; to include monitoring and ordering of catering supplies
  • liaising with internal clients and external clients to provide excellent client service
  • answering and redirecting incoming calls

What we are looking for:

  • a minimum of 6 months’ previous experience in a Receptionist role ideally gained within a professional services environment
  • excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and good organisational ability
  • smart presentation
  • enthusiasm to go the extra mile for internal and external clients
  • a high degree of flexibility with regard to working hours
  • a team player who wants to make a difference
  • most importantly, to have a passion to deliver a truly excellent client service every time

We have hubs in Birmingham, Leicester, London, Milton Keynes, Nottingham, Solihull, Stratford-upon-Avon and Sheffield. 

Due to the nature of this role it does require working on a shift basis from our Stratford office.

Working hours will be between the hours of 7.30am to 6.00pm Monday - Friday; working 37 hours in total per week.
