Meet the team

Our Real Estate Finance team has extensive experience in advising the biggest banks nationally, Islamic, Lloyds, Al Rayan and Gatehouse.  We are also very active in the fintec and Islamic fintech space.  We have a growing team and are proud to be top ranked by Legal500 in Islamic finance.

The opportunity

We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven experienced Associate/Senior Associate looking to join our Real Estate Finance team.

This role would suit someone who enjoys and works well under pressure, is looking for excellent opportunity in a collaborative fast paced team and seeks exposure to quality clients.

Role requirements:

  • strong commercial property experience and experience of dealing with real estate finance transactions
  • ability to supervise junior members of the team
  • familiar with high volume in a busy environment
  • able to work to the pressure of a  tight  timetable
  • a problem solver who is able to apply legal skills to the ever evolving Islamic finance landscape

We are open to considering candidates with different levels of PQE but a strong track record of completed transactions is an essential requirement of the role in order to be able to supervise junior team members.

We have hubs in Birmingham, Leicester, London, Milton Keynes, Nottingham, Solihull, Stratford-upon-Avon and Sheffield. This role will be predominantly home based with travel as required into Birmingham or one of our other West Midlands hubs
