We’ve brought experts into our services in planning, development, investment, landlord and tenant matters, construction and litigation with a particular emphasis on energy, retail, housing, education, finance and investment funds.

The role:

We are looking for a 2yr + PQE Solicitor to join our Birmingham-based commercial property development team.

You will be working for a range of developer clients and play a key role in the team. You will work with technical experts who are well respected in commercial property law.

Your key duties will be:

• working with a team of experienced lawyers on a broad range of residential and commercial development work
• working on large complex deals and having your own caseloads of matters
• liaising with clients in a professional and efficient manner
• working to strict deadlines
• enhancing client relationships through day to day activity
• to support the growth of the team

Skills and experience you will have:

• 2yr + post-qualification experience in commercial property
• residential or commercial development experience is preferred but not essential

• a high degree of initiative and the ability to cope in a demanding environment
• excellent organisational and prioritising skills
• the ability to work in a busy team
• excellent communication skills
