Meet the team

Our multi-disciplinary Real Estate group is highly regarded by our clients and within the sector. It comprises not only lawyers but also town and country planners. We’ve brought experts into our services in planning, development, investment, landlord and tenant matters, social housing, construction and litigation with a particular emphasis on energy, housing, education, finance and investment funds.

Our Development team specialises in portfolio property acquisitions and disposals, complex land transfers, large scale development projects and landlord and tenant matters, primarily in connection with affordable housing projects, extra care retirement and later living villages and specialist tenure leasehold schemes.

They have an enviable national client base, acting for some of the largest Registered Providers in the country. It is an exciting time to join the team as our housing clients seek to broaden their affordable housing portfolios and diversify into open market sales and the private rented sector.
