Meet the team

Our multi-disciplinary Real Estate group is highly regarded by our clients and within the sector. It comprises not only lawyers but also town and country planners. We’ve brought experts into our services in planning, development, investment, landlord and tenant matters, social housing, construction and litigation with a particular emphasis on energy, housing, education, finance and investment funds.

The opportunity

The role:

You will provide a high quality administrative support predominantly to the Group Chair and Executive Assistant in the Real Estate Group as directed to assist in the seamless day-to-day running of the group.

Your key duties will be:

  • providing a key, proactive, quality support for ensuring the efficiency and productivity of the Group Chair, and Executive Assistant in the Real Estate Group
  • coordinating travel arrangements, appointments and events; booking and confirming reservations and dealing with all related details
  • effectively managing the diaries of the individuals listed above
  • assisting in the planning, collation and circulation of documents
  • dealing with general correspondence
  • carrying out research and projects as directed
  • monitoring post and/ or e-mails and dealing with as appropriate
  • assisting with miscellaneous projects
  • handling telephone calls, and handling queries and enquiries where appropriate
  • working closely with the team, assisting them generally with administration support as required
  • archiving, storage and retrieval of documentation (electronic and paper versions)

Skills and experience you will have:

  • previous organisational and administrative experience gained, ideally within a Real Estate team or similar corporate environment
  • a minimum grade C pass at GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics
  • confidence with IT systems to include Microsoft Word and Excel
  • fast and accurate keyboard skills

  • the ability to work well in a team and develop good working relationships with colleagues and others
  • to be confident and interpersonal
  • to be able to produce a high standard of work, often to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining accuracy and good attention to detail
