The Role

We operate as a single fully integrated team of English and US lawyers, working hand in hand with the English qualified associates in the London office.  The successful candidate will work on a mix of high yield and debt capital markets (DCM) transactions, leveraged buyouts and other complex financings and in very close cooperation with the banking and M&A teams.

Person Specification

We are looking for a US qualified capital markets senior associate / Counsel.  The role requires a candidate with excellent experience in managing client relationships and the ability to assist clients on day to day issues.  Excellent written communication and drafting skills are also required as well as the ability to demonstrate initiative.  They must also possess the skills to take on a high degree of responsibility within a fast paced but friendly environment.  A high level of academic achievement required.

The candidate will have significant experience advising European based Issuers on high yield offerings, bridge to bond transactions, other underwritten financings, liability management transactions and other complex financings. They should be able to service our increasing FPI clients along with European corporates and sponsors.
