Associate

We are currently looking for a bilingual Associate to join our Banking & Finance team in Kuwait.

the candidate will be expected to 

• Draft and negotiate security documentation (pledge, mortgage, assignment agreements) in Arabic,
• Liaise with the relevant authorities/ministries, including without limitation, the Ministry of Justice, Central Bank of Kuwait and the Capital Markets Authority
• Advise clients in English as well as Arabic in relation to Kuwait law

• 4-6 PQE
• Ability to draft legally in English & Arabic
• experienced Banking  Finance lawyer
• Based in Kuwait (Ideally)
