An opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist role in our office in Doha.
The main responsibilities are as follows below:
- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages
- Greet, assist and/or direct visitors and clients
- Assist in planning, preparing meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.
- Expected to prepare mail courier delivery as requested, and organise couriers; ensure the delivery of courier receipts to appropriate staff.
- Provide general information regarding the Firms functions and respond to routine inquiries externally and internally
- Provide secretarial support to the office, including drafting letters, memos and correspondences, and participating in the billing process
- Enter monthly timesheets as well reminder for client payments
