The role

The Regional Marketing Executive’s role is to help drive marketing initiatives across the Middle East and North Africa. You will work closely with the Regional Marketing Manager and wider business development and marketing team to establish and execute campaign goals.

To be successful you must have experience in the full marketing mix with a passion for delivering high impact campaigns across a number of jurisdictions. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Work alongside the regional marketing manager and wider marketing team to execute the firm’s marketing plan.
  • Assist with the co-ordination of regional events alongside the events specialist.
  • Review, update and proof-read all marketing collateral.
  • A key contact and marketing support for fee earners across regional offices to ensure initiatives are executed to a high standard.
  • Supporting the firm’s social media strategy by providing input and regional content suggestions.
  • Keep up to date with the latest legal trends and news across all jurisdictions.
  • Support the regional marketing manager with identifying new campaign ideas in line with business objectives.
  • Provide input and suggestions for PR and internal comms initiatives that will enhance our brand reputation across the region.
Skills and experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and databases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Good communication skills with an ability to “think on your feet”
  • Excellent attention to detail with a pro-active, ‘can do’ attitude
  • A creative mindset
  • Excellent prioritization skills
  • Able to remain focused and effective under pressure
  • Enthusiastic team player
  • Flexible, dependable attitude as there will be a requirement to work outside of office hours and to support the team as and when required
  • All basic office skills, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of legal services would be advantageous but not essential
  • Self-motivator and able to work within a team environment
  • Experience or knowledge of social media channels and strategy
