The successful candidate will support the partners with the firm’s ongoing marketing, events and website updates.

  • Assist with the maintenance of the firm’s brochures;

  • Maintain and update the firm’s website and LinkedIn page;

  • Assist with the preparation of pitches for new business;

  • Maintain and manage partner and associate CV’s (professional profiles);

  • Pro-active scouting – BD updates on potential disputes;

  • Responsible for directory submissions;

  • Assist with the organisation and management of external and internal events;

  • Organise and manage the London International Boundary Conference;

  • Maintain the firm’s contact databases and ensure these are compliant with the GDPR;

  • Produce client alerts and newsletters and manage their distribution to the firm’s mailing list;

  • Ad-hoc projects as requested by the partners.

  • Proven experience in marketing, events or website management.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office suite and Adobe (PDF) functions.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
