This role sits within the Litigation Leeds Team, focusing on Commercial Recoveries. The team undertakes consumer, B2B and public sector debt recovery work and to provide support in relation to the team’s other client work as and when required. |
To work within the Litigation Leeds team undertaking BMW, B2B and public sector debt recovery work and to provide support in relation to the team’s other client work as and when required.
Main duties and responsibilities (subject to skills and experience) include:

Handle debt recovery and return of goods matters

Conduct litigation, including issuing claims, obtaining judgments and enforcing judgments

Contact with client, as delegated
-
Achieving set financial targets

Complying with Data Protection procedures
