The role

To work as part of a team, assisting with all aspects of administration as per instructions from Fee Earners and Legal Secretaries within the team.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Use of spreadsheets, data collection, data analysis
  • Production of MI reports to produce accurate reports to Clients
  • Ensure reports are completed within the specified requirements and agreed SLA's
  • Prioritisation of regular and ad hoc reporting to meet both  internal and external requirements
  • General file maintenance
  • Opening new client files (including requesting documents and information from Clients)
  • Closing files and Archiving
  • Carry out general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, shredding, key dating

  • Excellent data manipulation skills in Advanced Excel
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • A flexible and proactive approach with the ability to work under pressure of deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Show initiative and be self motivated when required to work on own
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks is essential
