A central support team based in the Liverpool office. We offer a remote support service and can help with the following (list not exhaustive):
Remote typing service, reports, letters/faxes, instructions to counsel (without enclosures), attendance notes, memos, court forms/pleadings, chronologies, action plans, statements, authorities, copy typing, transcribing emails, re-formatting documents into corporate standards, cheque requests, powerpoints |
To provide a high quality service to fee earners across the firm on tasks including:
- Document production and formatting

Administration support
-
PowerPoint presentation slides
-
Excel Spreadsheets

Central PA support services including but not limited to travel bookings, diary management, expenses via Fraedom and minute taking

Support with adhoc requests arising as a result of client requirements. This could include file opening, archiving, billing etc.
The Legal Secretary will be required to:
- Become expert users in Microsoft Packages (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Training will be provided where necessary

Complete document production requests in line with Corporate Standards

Ensure all transcribed documents are produced according to Corporate Standards and House Style

Meet weekly targets and dictation turnaround targets

Work in accordance with team and client SLAs

Manage the service the team provides in accordance with SLA
