We advise on and draft heads of terms, development agreements and associated construction, planning and site disposal matters, funding arrangements, freehold transfer and associated due diligence procedures, grant assignment and lease renewals. Our clients range from major retailers, leisure operators, regional developers, local authorities, universities and healthcare providers. We have been involved in a range of projects from £100 million city centre regeneration schemes to smaller bespoke ventures. Our service includes the management of large property portfolios for occupiers and investors, advising on LTA 1954 renewals, easements, covenants, service charges and land registration. |
We have a number of opportunities available in our Residential Development team in Liverpool
To provide administrative support to case handlers and secretaries within the team
Main duties and responsibilities
- Open new case files/matters ensuring compliance with Lexcel and internal procedures
- Prepare and copy various documents such as letters, enclosures, bundles etc.
- Scan incoming post and hand out to the relevant fee earners
- Perform filing tasks
- Perform general photocopying & scanning duties
- Perform general file management duties
- Prepare and send out various internal and external documents
- Assist with the inputting of information on various systems
- Close and archive files
- Perform other administrative duties as appropriate
- Ensure relevant deadlines and quality measures are adhered to
