This role sits within the Litigation Leeds Team, focusing on Commercial Recoveries. The team undertakes BMW, B2B and public sector debt recovery work and to provide support in relation to the team’s other client work as and when required.

To work within the Litigation Leeds team undertaking various client and public sector debt recovery work.

Main duties and responsibilities (subject to skills and experience) include:

1. Handle debt recovery and return of goods matters
2. Conduct litigation, including issuing claims, obtaining judgments and enforcing judgments
3. Contact with client, as delegated
4. Complete MI procedures as required
5. Achieve set targets/KPIs
6. Ensure relevant deadlines, compliance and quality measures are adhered to
7. Comply with relevant Weightmans and client policies and procedures
8. Work in accordance with Weightmans’ values
