The Department

Our Business Change team is a dedicated team responsible for the delivery of projects aimed at driving efficiency, improving quality and enhancing value for our clients.

The role
  • Providing business analysis for projects / business change initiatives.
  • Such analysis will include, but is not limited to:
    • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of a project
    • Liaising with stakeholders to understand and document business processes, workflows and requirements
    • Translating business requirements into something that can be understood at all levels of a project by all stakeholders
    • Turning stakeholder requirements into highly specified project briefs
    • Process mapping
    • Data collection and analysis
    • Analysing the impact of suggested changes on affected business areas
    • Undertaking the production of business cases and feasibility studies
    • Technical and UAT testing
    • Solution development


  • Technical and UAT testing
  • Assisting with handover to BAU
  • Responsibility for planning and managing the implementation of small scale projects
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge on best of breed business analysis standards, tools, and methods
  • Working with and supporting the wider Business Change Department.

  • Workshop facilitation
  • Requirements gathering
  • Process/workflow mapping
  • BPMN knowledge desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of the legal sector
  • Experience with a case management system
  • Experience of an agile software development methodology
  • Lean Six Sigma knowledge / certification desirable
  • BCS Diploma in Business Analysis desirable
  • Good time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to engage with users to bring ideas to life.
  • Good IT skills.
