Organisation of meetings for Management Team – including interviews, conference calls, video conferences, 6 weekly Management Team meetings, London Group Heads, Management Committee and Annual Partners’ meetings (to include venues, hotels, catering, equipment, travel, presentations, minutes etc).

Schedule Management team, Consultant and Partner appraisals/strategy meetings and administration.

Organising global meetings such as Town Halls, strategy group meetings, away days/weekends (to include venues, hotels, catering, equipment, travel, presentations etc.).

Assist the Events team with accommodation for partner events.

Arranging MPs travel including producing itineraries, booking flights, accommodation, setting up meetings/calls, organising VISAs/ESTAs (where necessary) and preparing currency.

To provide ad hoc support to the Management PA and Team or to cover holiday/sickness absence of the Executive Assistant or Management PA.
