Summary

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Telesales Executive to join the Sales team within our Silke office in Doncaster.

The Department

Our Recoveries department is a market leader and one of the largest teams in the UK with over 120 employees based at Doncaster, Grimsby and Beverley.

You will be part of our Sales team based in Doncaster helping businesses to find solutions to assist them. You will be the first point of contact with clients and present an approachable, professional image for our Company.

Duties will include
  • Making outbound calls to targeted businesses;
  • Dealing with inbound calls and follow-up calls;
  • Advising clients to generate accurate leads for Sales Managers;
  • Operating a Salesforce Customer Relationship Management System to record call details and outcomes;
  • Potential lead research and administration.
Qualifications
  • Previous telesales, telemarketing or customer service experience preferred;
  • CRM and/or Salesforce database experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.

Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate:

  • Telesales, telemarketing or customer service experience;
  • An excellent telephone manner;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Excellent IT skills;
  • Understanding and adoption of the Firm’s values and behaviours.

Full training will be provided and you will work in a supportive team environment.
