Summary

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Property Senior Solicitor or Fixed Share Partner to join the Commercial Property department in our Beverley office.

The Role

The role will suit a Senior Solicitor that has the potential to progress their career to Fixed Share Partner level or a candidate that is already a Fixed Share Partner. 

The role will focus on all types of Commercial Property work, including development work such as overage and section 106 agreements, development agreements and providing and co-ordinating property support for corporate lead matters.

An integral part of the role will be providing or co-ordinating the provision by other team members of Commercial Property support to the Corporate & Commercial department.

Duties will include
  • Carrying out work referred to above in a collaborative and team focussed manner;
  • Providing support and mentoring to other team members;
  • Having a leadership role within the current team and to manage work being done by that team to ensure efficiency and that work is being carried out at the right level;
  • Working closely with the Corporate team to expand and consolidate our commercial client base on the North Bank and to ensure new opportunities created by expansion of our Corporate team on the North Bank are converted into profitable repeat instructions;
  • Playing a key role in business development on the North Bank.
