Summary

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Agricultural Senior Solicitor or Fixed Share Partner to join the Agriculture department in our Lincoln office. 

This role would suit candidates with commercial property experience who are looking to develop their expertise in agricultural property.

The Role

This role will suit a Senior Solicitor that has the potential to progress their career to Fixed Share Partner level or a candidate that is already a Fixed Share Partner.

As an agricultural solicitor, you will be joining our established team of specialist solicitors who deal with a wide variety of legal advice, solely relating to agricultural property including:

  • Acquisition and sale of farms and farmland
  • Lettings, licences and contract farming arrangements
  • Agricultural tenancy matters
  • Easements/wayleaves/utility and telecommunications leases
  • Property finance
  • Assisting other teams on project based work for farming clients
  • Playing a key role in Business Development.
Qualifications

Successful applicants need to possess:

  • 4+ years post qualification experience
  • Some agricultural experience is desirable but not essential, as specialist training is available
  • Would suit a solicitor looking to change specialisms.
